Once again you came to our aid to save our admittedly ‘older’ desktop. Seems like every time you tune her up, she runs like new for months. That’s not to mention the back-up services you offer for our irreplaceable photos, financial data, contact info, etc. Eventually we’ll have to order a replacement and when we do, we know just who to contact (no it won’t be Michael Dell).
